2. Healthcare Services
Primacy In-Home Care India provides in-home healthcare services including but not limited to:
- Nursing care and medical support
- Personal care and daily living assistance
- Palliative and comfort care
- Rehabilitation and physiotherapy
- Care coordination and support services
All medical services are provided under the supervision of qualified healthcare professionals and in accordance with physician orders where applicable.
3. Eligibility and Assessment
To receive our services:
- Patients must undergo an initial assessment to determine care needs
- Services are subject to availability in your area
- Appropriate care plans must be established before service commencement
- Valid identification and medical documentation may be required
4. Patient and Family Responsibilities
Patients and families agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete health information
- Follow prescribed care plans and medical advice
- Treat our staff with respect and provide a safe working environment
- Notify us promptly of any changes in health condition
- Make timely payments for services rendered
- Provide necessary supplies and equipment as agreed
5. Payment Terms
Payment policies include:
- Services are billed according to agreed care packages or hourly rates
- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice unless otherwise arranged
- We accept various payment methods including cash, bank transfer, and insurance
- Insurance claims will be processed where applicable
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- Services may be suspended for non-payment
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
For scheduled visits:
- 24-hour notice is required for cancellations to avoid charges
- Emergency cancellations will be evaluated case-by-case
- We reserve the right to reschedule visits due to staff availability or emergencies
- Repeated cancellations may result in service termination
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the highest quality care:
- We are not liable for outcomes beyond our reasonable control
- Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided
- We are not responsible for delays due to force majeure events
- Medical emergencies should be directed to appropriate emergency services
8. Confidentiality and Privacy
We maintain strict confidentiality of patient information in accordance with healthcare regulations and our Privacy Policy. Information will only be shared as necessary for care provision or as required by law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and materials, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Primacy In-Home Care India or our partners and are protected by intellectual property laws.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be:
- First attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation
- Subject to mediation if negotiation fails
- Governed by the laws of India and Kerala state
- Subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala
11. Termination
Services may be terminated by either party with appropriate notice. Immediate termination may occur in cases of:
- Non-payment of fees
- Unsafe conditions for our staff
- Violation of these terms
- Changes in medical condition requiring different care levels
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
